The experience consists of three stages:
1️⃣ In the first stage, participants divided into teams will work together to create a little man made up of different geometric shapes. Each geometric shape is marked with a quality such as Autonomy, Commitment, Team Spirit, Collaboration, etc.
2️⃣ In the second stage, within the team, participants are invited to choose a quality they consider defining for the organization and to explain why they chose it. Thus, each member’s choices will be brought together to form the outline of the organization’s qualities.
3️⃣ In the third stage, each team will have to complete a set of challenges to obtain the pieces chosen in the previous stage, but on a much larger scale. These challenges will highlight the behaviors associated with the quality they want to develop.
