Temple

/ Temple

A brutal storm obliterated an ancient temple, and now it’s time to rebuild it.

There’s a tiny problem though. To rebuild a temple, you need a blueprint. And the blueprint is not lying around for everyone to see.

It’s tucked away on top of a treacherous mountain, guarded by Tibetan monks. Only a select few – the sherpas – are allowed to communicate with these monks. They’ll be our lifeline, our link to the grand plan.

The rest of the teams are builders. They won’t have direct access to the monks or the blueprint. Instead, you’ll rely on the sherpas, who will relay instructions from the monks to a site foreman. And it’s on you, foreman, to make sure these instructions are crystal clear to the construction teams.

The Children’s Games scores are going to be the key to success in this mission. This experience isn’t just about rebuilding a temple. It’s about communication, about hierarchies, about getting the job done despite the odds stacked against us. It’s a parable. A parable about understanding company formalities and structures, and using every ounce of skill and creativity to succeed.
