Participants are divided into teams, who position themselves in a circle. Facilitators will ask a set of questions that invite those who answered favorably to go to the center.

If participants do not feel like answering, they do not have to.

Aside from that, the questions are tailored to the energy level of the group to maximize the comfort of the participants.

The answer to the questions involves self-disclosure, but the degree of intimacy varies from neutral information to personal and emotional disclosures.

What Do Participants Learn:

  • To discover the hidden potential in others;
  • Realize that together they can achieve exceptional results;
  • To create a working environment where they feel relaxed to share things or ask for help;
  • To have confidence in the abilities of others;
  • To get to know each other;
  • To communicate effectively and pay attention to the needs of others.

Bonus: NN Oracle

If this is the lucky concept, we can create a Great Oracle where everyone can share thoughts, emotions, messages for themselves/their colleagues, and express how this event was for them, or what they learned with their colleagues.

Of course, we can integrate different questions that access them emotionally or creatively.

Examples:

• What makes you smile, regardless of your mood, every day?

• Flowers, girls, or boys, songs, or singers?

This Oracle is a lasting memory that you can return to for years and years, to relive the teambuilding experiences you’ve had.
